Did you know that in Waikiki, Hawaii there was a race that went on September 23rd. It is a 5k race that 8,000 children and their families are going to participate in this year, they will be in groups representing their schools. This is the 8th year of this run and they have raised about $500,000 so far which they have used the money for physical education programs, athletic programs and school plays. I think that this is very cool that they are doing this and I think  that they should have something like this in milwaukee.
