Definitions:
Grid- A basic system of reference lines that are made up to seperate into regions, consisting of straight lines intersecting at right angles.
Commerce- An interchange of goods or commodities, especially on a large scale between different countries.
Industry- Trade or manufacture in general.
Residence- A place, mostly a house where someone lives or resides.
Zoning- Any continuous tract or area that differs in some respect, or is distinguished for some purpose, from adjoining tracts or areas, or within which certain distinctive circumstances exist or are established.
Property Tax- A tax levied on personal or real property.
Recreation- 1.) The act of creating anew. 2.) Refreshment by means of some pastime, agreeable exercise, or the like.
Mayor- The chief executive official, usually elected, of a city, village, or town.
Alderman- A member of a municipal legislative body, especially of a municipal council.
Common Council- The local legislative body of a municipal government.
